Our services: comfort and lake-view pool in Gargnano
Our services are designed to provide guests with relaxation, comfort, entertainment, and well-being.
Outdoor Lake Garda pool
Our large outdoor pool (20 x 10 m) with lake views is suitable for children. It is surrounded by a panoramic sun terrace with loungers and parasols, perfect for enjoying sunny days to the fullest.
The pool is open from 08:30 a.m. to 07:00 p.m., exclusively for residence guests.
Dogs are not permitted in the pool area.
Poolside snack bar
At the poolside snack bar, you can enjoy coffee, cappuccinos, ice cream, refreshing drinks, and light snacks, as well as delicious aperitifs and long drinks, all in a relaxed atmosphere.
Indoor pool with whirlpool
Our heated indoor pool with whirlpool is ideal for relaxing swims, even on cooler spring and autumn days.
The indoor pool is open only during the low season, from 08:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m., exclusively for residence guests.
Dogs are not permitted in the pool area.
Gym with Technogym equipment
The gym, equipped with exercise bikes, treadmills, and fitness machines, allows you to keep in shape even while on holiday.

Children’s playground
A playground is available for our younger guests. For additional fun, guests can also use a ping-pong table and a large outdoor chessboard.
Guest garage
Each apartment includes a free parking space in the residence’s garage.
Electric car charging stations
The residence features two charging stations for electric vehicles.
Bread delivery service
The residence offers a fresh bread delivery service each morning, directly to your apartment. Orders must be placed at reception by 06:00 p.m. the day before.
Coin-operated laundry
A coin-operated laundry room is available on the premises.
Bicycle storage and repair corner
Free storage is available for bicycles and sports equipment. An e-bike charging station is also provided, complete with tools for maintenance, repairs, and tire inflation.
